NETRALITY SECURES $380M SUSTAINABILITY-LINKED LOAN TO SUPPORT ENERGY-EFFICIENCY 
Netrality is pleased to announce the successful securement of a $380M sustainability-linked credit facility (“SLL”). The SLL will fuel existing data hall upgrades and new data hall builds that are rooted in sustainable design and enhanced infrastructure — lowering power usage effectiveness (“PUE”) levels across Netrality’s portfolio year over year.

AT&T is partnering with WillJam Ventures for a joint venture offering managed cybersecurity services to enterprises. This collaboration, arising from AT&T's 2018 acquisition of AlienVault, will provide security software solutions, managed security operations, and consulting resources. LUMEN
Lumen Technologies has secured a $110 million contract from the US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) for mission-critical network services for the Department of Defense. The five-year contract, effective from November 30, 2023, extends a previous agreement with DISA.
