Terms & Conditions*

• Promotion participants' information will be shared with PCCW Global/Console Connect. 
• Netrality and Console Connect discounts are applicable throughout the duration of the port and the life of the procured Console Connect services enabled in the Netrality data center. A minimum 36-Month Term is required in order for the customer to be eligible for the promotion
• “Promotional Facilities” are limited to 1102 Grand (Kansas City), 7801 Nieman (Kansas City) and 1301 Fannin (Houston).  No other facility is eligible to participate in this promotion
• A “New Customer” is defined as a customer who does not currently, nor has ever, had a presence in any Netrality facility
• An “Existing Customer” is defined as a current customer who has a presence in any Netrality facility
•  This Promotion is only applicable to new opportunities initiated after October 2, 2023.  If there is any dispute as to whether an opportunity is new or an existing one, it shall be up to Netrality to determine in its sole discretion as to the type of opportunity
• The Service Order must be executed by both Licensor and Customer on or before March 31, 2024 regardless of when the new opportunity was initiated
• Must utilize no less than one (1) fiber pair to connect to PCCW Global/Console Connect in the MMR within 90 days of CRN
• For New Customers deploying in the Promotional Facilities, Existing Customers expanding into the Promotional Facilities, or Existing Customers located in the Promotional Facilities who require an additional Home Run Fiber Cable:
  • A $1,000 abatement is applied monthly toward any new fiber cable (6-Count Fiber Cable or larger) during months 1-12 of Initial Term
  • A one-time $1,000 credit is applied toward Non-Recurring Charges
• For Existing Customers located in the Promotional Facilities who have existing fiber pair capacity or order a single fiber pair to connect to PCCW Global/Console Connect: 
  • A $350 abatement is applied monthly toward any fiber pair used to cross connect to PCCW Global/Console Connect during months 1-12 of Initial Term
  • A one-time $350 credit is applied toward Non-Recurring Charges
