• This will be given to Partner(s) who bring a prospect on a tour with one of our Directors, Strategic Accounts.

Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility Requirements: This Incentive Program referred herein (“Incentive Program”) is offered by Netrality Data Centers (“Netrality”), and applies only to Netrality channel partners with an active agent agreement. For the purposes of this Incentive Program, Agent shall be defined as the agent, and the agent’s officers and directors, employees, representatives, agents, and subagents who have an active agent agreement with Netrality(“Agents”). By participating in this Incentive Program, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you and that you are eligible to participate in accordance with your own employers’ policies where applicable. By entering, you agree to these “Terms & Conditions” and that the decisions of Netrality are final and binding in all respects.
   
• This Incentive Program will be effective for Netrality Data Center tours taken between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 (“Eligibility Period”).
   
•  Agents who participate in this Incentive Program may be eligible to receive the following:
  • Every Agent who tours a Netrality Data Center with a Netrality Direct Sales Associate without a prospective customer during the Eligibility Period will be eligible to receive a one-time Amazon eGift card valued at $50.00. If more than two Agents who have the same employer sign up for a tour, only the first two Agents who sign up are eligible to receive an Amazon eGift card. No Agent is allowed to receive more than one $50.00 Amazon eGift card per Eligibility Period; and
  • Every Agent who tours a Netrality Data Center with a Netrality Direct Sales Associate and brings with them a prospective customer during the Eligibility Period, will be eligible to receive an Amazon eGift card valued at $100.00. If more than two Agents who have the same employer sign up for a tour with a prospective customer, only the first two Agents who sign up are eligible to receive an Amazon eGift card. No Agent is allowed to receive more than one $100.00 Amazon eGift card per Eligibility Period for taking the prospective customer on the tour. Within sixty days of the tour, should the prospective customer who toured with the Agent convert into a registered opportunity in the Netrality partner portal, then that Agent shall be entitled to receive an additional $100.00 Amazon eGift card. Only the Agent or Agents who received the first $100.00 Amazon eGift card are eligible for a second one should the prospective customer convert into a registered opportunity. 
• Netrality reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Agent it finds, to be tampering with the Incentive Program; to be acting in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by Netrality at its sole discretion.

• LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.  NETRALITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE CAPTURE OF INFORMATION OR THE FAILURE TO CAPTURE SUCH INFORMATION OR FAILURE OF THE PARTNER PORTAL, WHETHER CAUSED BY AGENT OR NETRALITY. NETRALTIY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANTS’ OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON’S RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS INCENTIVE PROGRAM OR VISITING A NETRALITY DATA CENTER ON A TOUR. IN NO EVENT WILL NETRALITY, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS INCENTIVE PROGRAM, ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE NETRALITY DATA CENTER. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON IN THIS INCENTIVE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. 
   
• Netrality is not responsible for payment of the duties, taxes, or other financial obligations related to the prizes awarded as part of the Incentive Program.

• The Agent is solely responsible. The present Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and venue from Netrality’s headquarter. In case any of the clauses will be declared void, the other clauses won’t be affected and will continue to be valid and applicable within the limits of the Law.  Any dispute arising under this Incentive Program shall be reviewed on a case-by case basis and any decision resulting therefrom shall be made in Netrality’s sole discretion and binding on the parties.  Netrality reserves the right to modify, terminate or discontinue, in whole or in part, this Incentive Program at any time without prior notice.  

• This Incentive Program is void where prohibited.
